We are now seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for one of our clients.

Own CBT Tech Arch Workstream Quality Assurance framework, not testing. It is around development, integration, platform and so on... Define how quality is assured, not how tests are executed.

Core responsibilities (at the beginning)

Define QA governance across:

• Development lifecycle
• Integration lifecycle
• DVM lifecycle
• Platform changes

Establish quality safeguards (to be discussed):

• Quality gates
• Mandatory reviews
• Control points (design, integration, cutover, go‑live)

Define and own (to be discussed):

• CBT - QA operating model alongside Platform C4E RACI for quality ownership
• DoR / DoD from an assurance perspective

Introduce assurance mechanisms (to be discussed):

• Independent reviews
• Readiness assessments
• Risk‑based quality checks
• Define quality KPIs & leading indicators
• Act as second line of defense for delivery quality

Align QA with Architecture, Security, Risk & Compliance.

Profile

• Senior, authoritative, comfortable with governance
• Strong SDLC, integration, and enterprise delivery experience
• Not a “test manager”
