Job summary

Opinov8 is seeking a QA Lead to define and oversee QA across software development with an AI-first, automated testing focus. You’ll drive testing strategies, shape automation frameworks, and embed quality into Agile/DevOps practices.

Remote-friendly, globally distributed team, and emphasis on continuous improvement and metrics-driven quality. You will mentor the QA team, collaborate with development, product, and operations, and ensure testing aligns with deployment pipelines and compliance

Qualifications

• Proven QA leadership experience in Agile/DevOps settings.
• Strong focus on automated testing and AI-first approaches.
• Expertise with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and cloud/test environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain QA standards and processes aligned with Agile/DevOps.
• Lead automated testing strategy across functional, integration, and performance tests.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor coverage and metrics.
• Embed QA in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with DevOps, product, and operations.
• Promote shift-left testing and scalable test environments using infrastructure as code.
• Mentor QA team members and allocate resources across projects.
