Qualifications

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience leading projects in manufacturing or technical initiatives.
  • Understanding of technical processes in production environments.
  • Experience with CAD or PDM systems is a merit.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a merit.
  • Strong communication in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and follow up on technical projects within manufacturing operations.
  • Define project goals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across functions and with external partners.
  • Identify and manage risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance and report to management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improving ways of working and sharing lessons learned.
  • Support safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.

These may include new investments, equipment installations, continuous improvement projects, and other technical development activities.You will lead projects from ideas and planning through execution and follow-up. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues through Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, Finance, and Production Engineering, as well as with external suppliers.The role offers broad exposure across the organization and excellent opportunities to influence how we continue to develop our manufacturing processes.Key responsibilities for this role entail:• Plan, lead, and follow up on technical projects within our manufacturing operations.• Define project goals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans together with key stakeholders.• Coordinate activities across functions and with external partners.• Identify and manage risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.• Monitor project performance and ensure objectives are achieved.• Present status updates and results for management and other stakeholders• Contribute to developing our ways of working and sharing lessons learned from completedprojects.• Support initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability across ouroperations.The position is based in Lund, Sweden, within GCC Technology. You will report to the Unit Manager GCC Technology.
