Job summary

Cypher Consulting Europe is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale digitalization initiative across manufacturing operations. You will steward the execution from planning to delivery, coordinating IT, OT, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end system readiness in the factory environment.

The role requires strong governance, budgeting, risk management and executive reporting, with fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex IT/OT, digital transformation programs.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, financial control, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Understanding of MES, WMS, SAP ECC and integrated manufacturing systems.
• Experience managing multi-vendor integrations.
• Excellent communication and leadership with senior stakeholders.
• Swedish and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the digitalization roadmap, portfolio dashboard, and program governance processes.
• Drive planning cycles, status reviews, executive reporting, and steering committee communications.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions; maintain RAID logs and drive mitigation plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and external spending.
• Ensure scope control and effective change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support vendor performance management and follow up on delivery commitments.
• Lead testing and validation activities to ensure end-to-end system functionality within the factory environment.
• Support the Digitalization Leader by driving execution and program delivery.

• Knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, and shop-floor operations.
• Experience managing multi-system, multi-vendor integration projects.
• Understanding of testing and validation processes for large-scale system deployments.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and steering committees.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to delivery.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
