Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead automation and digitalisation initiatives within a global production environment. You will centralise quality data configuration, coordinate stakeholders worldwide, and drive delivery in SAFe/hybrid settings with agile teams.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, budgeting experience, and fluent Swedish and English. You will report on progress in governance forums and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in automation or related field.
• PM certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, fiscal management and project planning.
• Experience delivering in SAFe or hybrid environments using Scrum, Kanban and agile development teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to complete a drug test before the assignment begins.

• Lead a development initiative focused on automation, digitalisation and converting process integration.
• Centralize the configuration of quality parameters and create a scalable way to manage industrial process data across a global production environment.
• Coordinate with central and local stakeholders worldwide.
• Drive project execution and secure delivery in line with the defined project scope and objectives.
• Plan the work in phases, set milestones and drive progress with focus on quality, timing and budget.
• Manage deliverables in a SAFe and hybrid setup together with Scrum, Kanban and agile development teams.
• Drive project governance, risk management and productivity through structured ways of working and the right tools.
• Secure clear project communication and documentation, and present status updates in sprint reviews and governance forums.
• Collaborate closely with implementation teams and contribute to product increment and sprint planning.
• Capture lessons learned and help improve processes and tools for future deliveries.
