To support this strategic direction we are implementing a global Time, Attendance and Absence management system across our international matrix organization.We are now seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new global payroll provider across multiple countries and regions - a collaborative professional who thrives in change and wants to make a real impact across our global HR community.This business-critical project requires coordination across an international matrix organization, where payroll processes, statutory requirements, employment practices, banking arrangements and technology landscapes vary by country. The Project Manager will work closely with global and local payroll teams, HR, IT, finance, tax, treasury, procurement and external providers to align global objectives with essential local requirements.You will manage the project from requirements definition and provider selection through design, implementation, country deployment and post-go-live stabilization. Responsibilities will include:Participate the RFP process and vendor selection processCoordinating provider selection, due diligence and implementation planningEstablishing project scope, governance, plans and decision-making structuresLiaise with international payroll vendors, internal teams, and regional stakeholdersManaging timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectationsCoordinating data migration, system integrations, testing and payroll reconciliationPlanning parallel payroll runs, cutover, contingency measures and stabilizationEnsuring that local compliance and operational requirements are identified and addressedManaging provider deliverables, issues, escalations and implementation performanceSupporting change management and readiness across global and local teamsEnsuring a controlled handover to the teams responsible for ongoing payroll operations and provider managementProvide post-implementation support and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related fieldProven project management experience in complex, multi-country environmentsStrong knowledge of payroll processes and their connections to HR, finance and technologyExperience implementing payroll providers or comparable HR technology solutionsStrong vendor and stakeholder-management capabilitiesThe ability to navigate competing global, regional and local prioritiesA structured approach to governance, risk, data, testing, cutover and operational readinessPMP or similar certification is a plus.Strong understanding of time & attendance and absence management processes and how these connect to payroll.Ability to manage projects across multiple countries and cultures, ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.Strong communication and leadership skills; decision-making will be keyWhy Join Us?Work on impactful, global projectsBe part of a diverse, international teamCompetitive compensation, benefits and future development opportunitiesReady to make a difference?
