Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced Data Migration Project Manager to lead a strategic migration initiative from SAP, Salesforce and legacy systems into Snowflake. You will manage end-to-end delivery leveraging Azure-based ETL tooling and collaborate with ERP, CRM, and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness and compliance.

The role requires strong Business Analysis and project governance skills, with experience in data profiling, UAT, and data lineage.

Data Migration Project Manager - SAP, Salesforce & Snowflake

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capability to lead a strategic historical data migration initiative.

The role will own the end-to-end delivery of migrating historical data from SAP, Salesforce and legacy systems into Snowflake, using Azure-based ETL tooling. You will work across technical and business teams to ensure data is complete, accurate, compliant and aligned to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end migration project plan, including scope, milestones, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Lead project governance, RAID management, reporting and senior stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate delivery across ERP, CRM, data engineering, cloud and M&A workstreams.
• Define and document data migration scope, business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Map source data structures to target Snowflake models and identify data gaps and transformation requirements.
• Lead data profiling, quality assessment, validation and UAT/sign-off activities.
• Work closely with SAP, Salesforce and legacy system teams to extract and validate historical data.
• Coordinate with Business Process Owners and M&A teams to understand, prioritise and validate data requirements.
• Support data lineage, compliance, change management and cross-functional communication.
• Proven experience delivering data migration or data warehouse projects in a Project Manager / Business Analyst capacity.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, RAID management, dependencies and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Strong Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process analysis, data mapping and acceptance criteria.
• Practical experience with SAP and/or Salesforce data and historical/legacy data migration.
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Understanding of Azure-based ETL/data integration processes.
• Strong data quality, profiling, validation and UAT experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with M&A data integration or post-acquisition data migration.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar Azure ETL tools.
• Experience with data lineage, governance and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Experience working across ERP, CRM, cloud architecture and data engineering teams.
