Job summary

emagine is seeking a Project Manager for a Banking & Finance client in Stockholm. You will lead a strategic migration of the Atlassian platform from on-premises to Atlassian Cloud, coordinating across Technology, Security, Risk & Compliance, and Business functions.

The role requires 7–10 years of PM experience, a proven record with large-scale enterprise migrations, cloud/SaaS transformations, and strong stakeholder management with executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project/program management experience in complex organizations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects.
• Experience managing SaaS transformations or cloud migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid PM methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and executive communications.
• Experience with regulatory, risk, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration program from Atlassian Data Center/Server to Atlassian Cloud
• Define and manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies while coordinating cross-functional teams
• Establish governance structures, provide regular status reporting to senior management, and manage stakeholder engagement
• Ensure migration activities adhere to enterprise architecture, security, risk, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee testing, cutover planning, adoption, and transition to operational support

We are looking for a Project Manager to one of our clients within Banking & Finance.

Start date: ASAP

End date: 2027-12-31

Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the assignment:

You will lead a strategic enterprise-wide migration of the Atlassian platform from on-premise to Atlassian Cloud. This high-visibility initiative involves multiple stakeholders across Technology, Security, Risk & Compliance, and Business functions, requiring strong governance and stakeholder management throughout the program lifecycle.
