Job summary

Valtech RADON is seeking a Project Manager to deliver outstanding work with a diverse team of creatives, strategists, media specialists and film directors. You will help clients grow, pitch bold ideas, craft keynote masterpieces and guide colleagues toward the best possible results, blending hard work with genuine fun.

You will manage 2–4 clients with senior support, lead project teams, translate client needs into actionable direction, and ensure seamless integration of strategy, idea, execution

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
• Certified Keynote wizard and strong client-facing communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

We're on the hunt for a Project Manager ready to deliver outstanding work alongside a melting pot of creatives, strategists, media specialists, and film directors. You'll help clients grow, pitch bold ideas, craft keynote masterpieces, and guide your colleagues toward the best possible results — all while getting stuck into an engaging social culture that balances hard work with genuine fun. What you'll be doing

• Partner with 2–4 clients alongside a more senior PM or Client Partner
• Lead project teams, translate client needs into brief, actionable direction, and help shape the best solutions
• Ensure every part of your projects — strategy, idea, execution, and activation — works seamlessly together
• Manage clients day-to-day: setting project budgets and timelines, and handling feedback rounds
• Build proposals and actively grow your accounts by spotting new opportunities

Who you are

• You thrive juggling several things at once, without losing sight of the details
• You're multifaceted — a sharp business mind, a strategic outlook, and a creative instinct, all held together by strong organizational skills
• You have 1–3 years of experience in a project management, account management, or coordination role within an agency environment — or you're a recent graduate in communication, marketing, or business with relevant internship/freelance experience and a hunger to learn fast
• You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in Swedish and English, and you're a certified Keynote wizard
• You bring a can-do, positive attitude, and genuinely enjoy seeing hard work and creativity pay off
