Job summary

Valtech RADON in Stockholm is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects with a cross-disciplinary team. You’ll translate client needs into briefs, manage budgets and timelines, and grow accounts with new opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role with remote/hybrid options depending on location.

You’ll partner with 2–4 clients, ensure cohesive delivery from strategy to activation, and maintain strong organization and communication. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.

• 1–3 years experience in a project management, account management, or coordination role within an agency environment
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Certified Keynote wizard
• Strong organizational skills
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn

The opportunity

We're on the hunt for a Project Manager ready to deliver outstanding work alongside a melting pot of creatives, strategists, media specialists, and film directors. You'll help clients grow, pitch bold ideas, craft keynote masterpieces, and guide your colleagues toward the best possible results - all while getting stuck into an engaging social culture that balances hard work with genuine fun. What You'll Be Doing

Who You Are

• You thrive juggling several things at once, without losing sight of the details
• You're multifaceted - a sharp business mind, a strategic outlook, and a creative instinct, all held together by strong organizational skills
• You have 1-3 years of experience in a project management, account management, or coordination role within an agency environment - or you're a recent graduate in communication, marketing, or business with relevant internship/freelance experience and a hunger to learn fast
• You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in Swedish and English, and you're a certified Keynote wizard
• You bring a can-do, positive attitude, and genuinely enjoy seeing hard work and creativity pay off
