Job summary

Cyient AB is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Leader to manage electrical engineering and automation projects. In this role, you will oversee the scope, schedule, and quality while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will drive projects from sales to execution, fostering collaboration with your team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or Automation and has 7-9 years of relevant experience. A flexible, international work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in electrical engineering and/or automation design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Swedish.
• Proven experience in industrial plant engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate electrical engineering and automation work in multidisciplinary projects.
• Monitor and report project progress including costs, quality, and timelines.
• Manage changes and delays by implementing corrective actions.
