Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
• 7-9 years of experience in electrical engineering and/or automation design.
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and directives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Swedish.
• Leadership experience with international teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site during project phases.
• Experience with engineering business culture and customer interaction is valued.
• Global project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate electrical engineering and automation work in multidisciplinary projects.
• Monitor and report progress including costs, quality, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for additional work and pursue scope expansion.
• Manage changes and delays with corrective actions such as acceleration and resource allocation.
• Participate actively in sales and proposal phases and foster customer engagement.
• Lead and own the discipline project team locally and globally.
• Support site and workshop activities as needed.
