Job summary

Orica is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to join its PMO and lead capital projects across the EMEA region from the Gyttorp site. The role involves planning, documentation, reporting, and hands-on project management with engineering, operations and supply chain to deliver ideas safely and efficiently.

You will manage multiple projects from concept through commissioning and drive improvements using automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record leading capital projects in manufacturing.
• Strong written and spoken Swedish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet delivery targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure safe and timely project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
• Deliver projects safely end-to-end, with zero harm to people or equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to deliver quality outcomes.
