Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, SCM or related field.
  • Experience in sourcing/procurement management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in SAP and Ariba.
  • Strong communication in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse data and identify cost reduction opportunities within an EMEA multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Identify market trends, develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Manage and develop business with suppliers across EMEA manufacturing sites.
  • Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts and ensure KPI compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners across EMEA networks.
  • Support new project development, mitigate supply risk and drive TCO improvements.

About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented strategic sourcing specialist who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. What you will be doing
  • Analyse data and identify cost reductions opportunities within EMEA multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Identify market trends, develop and execute strategic souring strategies.
  • Manage and develop business with suppliers across EMEA manufacturing sites.
  • Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance against KPI’s.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners across EMEA manufacturing networks.
  • Support new project development, mitigate supply risk and drive TCO improvements while maintaining quality and service levels.
  • Act with integrity and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure sourcing strategies align with business objectives.
  • Continuously improving sourcing and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support global sourcing & procurement strategy and work within procurement processes and systems.
What you will bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in sourcing and/or procurement management, preferable within manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including SAP and Ariba.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
