WeQuel is seeking an experienced Business Receiver Lead in Oskarshamn to guide the SAP implementation for a production unit, ensuring business requirements and local readiness are addressed throughout the transformation. You will serve as the key bridge between the project team and local stakeholders, driving alignment, change management and adoption of new processes and ways of working.

The assignment runs from 2026-10-01 to 2027-09-30, with 100% workload, onsite in Oskarshamn four days a week

Qualifications

• Experience from production, manufacturing or operations environments.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in industrial settings.
• Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting organizational change and process adoption.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Swedish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Representation of the production unit within the SAP implementation project.
• Serve as the primary bridge between the project organization and local business stakeholders.
• Secure business alignment throughout all project phases.
• Support and facilitate business-related decision-making.
• Coordinate and drive local readiness activities.
• Identify risks and dependencies and follow up mitigation actions.
• Engage managers, process owners, and key users to secure commitment and adoption.
• Support planning, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live stabilization.
• Ensure readiness for new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Drive change management and user readiness initiatives.
