Beijer Electronics in Malmö is seeking a Production Engineer on a temporary basis of about one year to strengthen our final assembly and testing team. You will take part in production planning, develop and improve processes, and maintain SOPs to ensure operational excellence.

You will be proactive, solution-oriented and collaborate across functions. Strong analytical mindset, ownership, and clear communication in English and Swedish are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a production environment.
• Experience in reading 2D/3D design.
• Experience in an ERP system.
• Lean production experience.
• Experience leading projects.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Plan and optimize production, develop and improve processes, and maintain SOPs.
• Create reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Represent the area of expertise within Beijer and drive improvements.
