Job summary

Acne Studios in Stockholm is seeking a Product Development Manager for men's wear woven, leading the development from concept to production and collaborating with Design, Production, Sourcing, and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, sustainability and on-time delivery.

You will balance creative vision with technical execution, review prototypes, manage costing and supplier negotiations, and maintain PLM documentation while driving seasonal budgets and building strong supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Degree in fashion, textiles, product development or related field.
• Around 5 years' experience in product development, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
• Experience developing woven ready-to-wear products.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit, and product development processes.
• Experience sourcing materials, trims, and suppliers.
• Strong costing, margin management, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working with PLM systems is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

As Product Development Manager – men's wear woven at our Stockholm Office, you will lead the development of woven ready-to-wear products from concept to production.
