Qualifications

Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or related field.
7+ years in Industrial Automation in process or discrete manufacturing.
Experience with sensors, servodrives and motion technology.
Proficient with PLC, SCADA, vision systems and MES interfaces (Siemens/Beckhoff).
Strong knowledge of industrial networks and control system architectures.
Excellent documentation and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Participate in safety and environmental standard compliance related to equipment control.
Lead FATs and automation system integration during commissioning.
Develop and implement automation systems for production and logistics equipment.
Create and review engineering documentation (FDS, logic diagrams, test records).
Mentor engineers and technicians in process control and best practices.
Ensure data transfer and cloud connectivity for traceability and analytics.
Drive continuous improvement to raise quality, throughput and uptime.
