Job summary

IsaDora Cosmetics in Malmö is seeking a Product Retoucher / Graphic Designer for a temporary consultant / freelance assignment to join our Brand Creation Team and support high-quality product imagery and global marketing assets.

You will work with our design team on asset development across global campaigns, retail activations and digital brand platforms, ensuring day-one contribution with a strong focus on AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in product retouching and image editing for consumer brands.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Content Design or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience with a consumer brand, agency or as a freelancer.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Interest in AI tools and how they support creative workflows.

Product Retoucher / Graphic Designer (Temporary Consultant/Freelance Assignment)

Are you an experienced Product Retoucher / Graphic Designer with a passion for beauty, a sharp eye for detail and a curiosity for AI-supported creative workflows?

We are looking for a temporary consultant to join our Brand Creation Team and support the development of high-quality product imagery and global marketing assets.

As this is a temporary consultant assignment, we are looking for someone with proven expertise in product retouching who can quickly integrate into the team and contribute from day one.

The role

You will work closely with our design team, supporting the development and adaptation of creative assets across global campaigns, retail activations and digital brand platforms.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Retouching and post-production of product images
• Creating owned-channel marketing assets
• Supporting asset development for new client implementations, growth projects, merchandising and retail activations
• Formatting, layout editing and adapting existing assets to new formats
• Managing and uploading global assets to our media bank and other brand platforms

Who we are looking for

You are a skilled and detail-oriented creative professional with:

• Extensive experience in product retouching and image editing
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• A degree in Graphic Design, Content Design or equivalent
• At least three years of experience working for a consumer brand, agency or as a consultant or freelancer
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI tools and how they can support creative workflows

Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus.

Practical information

• Hybrid assignment based at our head office in Malmö
• Temporary consultant or freelance contract
