Job summary

SCHEME in Stockholm is seeking a Junior Visual & Content Production Assistant to support the team with preparing, editing and organising visual content for our website and social channels.

This 12-week freelance role is 2 days weekly, hybrid in Stockholm, with a daily rate of 2,000 kr exkl. moms, offering hands-on experience in digital content production.

You will assist with CMS uploads, mood boards and batch editing, ensuring brand-consistent visuals.

Qualifications

• Basic image-editing and design experience using Canva, Figma or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with product imagery and colour accuracy.
• Able to follow brand guidelines and reproduce a consistent visual style.
• Organised and comfortable managing digital files and content libraries.
• An interest in interiors, design or lifestyle content is a plus.
• Previous content creation, social media or e-commerce experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Edit and optimise product images, including cropping, background cleanup, colour correction, retouching and resizing.
• Create simple visual assets for social media, including posts, stories and reel covers.
• Ensure visual content is consistent and follows our brand guidelines.
• Upload, label and organise content within our CMS and shared asset libraries.
• Support with mood boards, layout tweaks, batch editing and seasonal content updates.
• Provide ad-hoc creative and operational support to the wider team.

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Visual & Content Production Assistant to support our team with preparing, editing and organising visual content for our website and social channels. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or junior creative looking to gain hands-on experience in digital content production within the interiors industry and a fast-growing startup. Alongside visual production, you'll help with CMS uploads and occasional day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, so we're looking for someone flexible, organised and proactive.

Key Responsibilities

Hours: 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday)

Daily rate: 2,000 kr exkl. moms
