Job summary

Nordnet AB is seeking a Product Owner for the Securities Brokerage team to manage market data feeds and referential data intakes, shaping core platform capabilities for investments and savings. You will collaborate with Area Product Owners and the Chief Product Officer to scale platform functionalities.

You will translate complex market mechanics into scalable solutions, leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment, with a focus on customer value and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a PO/PM in fintech, leading agile teams, backlogs, and iterative releases.
• Deep understanding of securities trading and market data.
• Fluent English and a university degree in a relevant field.

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Securities Brokerage team. In this role, you will manage the market data feeds and referential data intakes owned by Securities Brokerage, as well as the internal products that rely on them (e.g., order book, valuation, offering and related core data).

You will work within a collaborative Product organization alongside Area Product Owners, fellow Product Owners, and the Chief Product Officer to scale our core platform capabilities.

• Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate product risks while ensuring features meet regulatory and legal standards.
• Product Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire cross-functional teams around a clear vision, supporting engineering with clear priorities and domain context.

You are a disciplined fintech product leader with a genuine passion for savings and investments. Combining domain expertise in securities trading and market data with strong analytical fluency, you thrive in high-stakes environments, while collaborating closely with business and engineering teams to build impactful digital products.

You have:

• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of securities trading and market mechanics, alongside specialized expertise in market data (real-time pricing, valuation, reference data).
• Proven Product Leadership: 3+ years as a PO/PM in fintech, leading agile teams, backlogs, and iterative releases.
• Customer-Centric Track Record: Proven ability to translate user needs into successful features while maintaining a sharp focus on the end-user experience.
• Personal Drive: A "low-ego, high-impact" approach, calm, structured, and decisive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Education & Languages: University degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering, and fluent English skills.
