Qualifications

• Degree in BI, CS, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–7 years hands-on BI or analytics experience.
• Proven track record of delivering BI solutions in a complex, multi-source data environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data warehouse structures, schemas, and data models to support reporting needs.
• Develop, test, and publish Cognos reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries.
• Manage the Cognos Framework Manager metadata layer and ensure alignment with source data structures.
• Monitor data warehouse performance and optimize query execution and load processes.
• Own and maintain ETL pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from Infor M3 Datalake.
• Monitor ETL job execution and ensure timely data delivery.
• Maintain understanding of M3 data structures and business processes for accurate transformation.
• Develop data quality checks and validation routines across pipelines.
• Develop Power BI reports, datasets, and semantic models (DAX/Power Query) for reporting.
• Manage Power BI workspace governance, access control, and deployment pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate BI cubes within the architecture.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations and senior management to gather requirements.
