Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Team Manager for Analytics & BI to lead a high-performing team and oversee the analytics platform strategy. In this role, you will mentor backend developers and BI analysts, ensuring they meet business needs while managing a dedicated budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical teams and driving operational success.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow a dual-discipline team of backend developers and BI analysts.
• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the analytics and BI platform.
• Act as primary strategic partner for business leaders translating requirements.
• Own financial overview and budget management for the team.
• Ensure all platform changes adhere to internal guidelines and regulations.
• Oversee governance of our data pipeline ensuring compliance.
