Job summary

evroc in Stockholm seeks a technically strong Product Manager to lead roc, evroc’s sovereign enterprise AI agent. You will own the product direction and work closely with AI engineers, designers, and product teams to turn evolving model capabilities into reliable, intuitive products.

AI is a strategic part of evroc’s portfolio and you’ll shape the product with management across agents, enterprise knowledge, and cloud integrations.

Qualifications

Proven product management experience in AI, developer tools, cloud, or other technically complex software products.
Strong understanding of modern AI systems including LLMs, agents, and tool use.
Ability to collaborate with AI engineers and make trade-offs around model capability, quality, latency, and cost.
Strong understanding of APIs, software development, and cloud environments.
Experience building AI products that interact with enterprise data and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for roc.
Turn advances in LLMs, agents, reasoning, tool use, and model capabilities into useful product experiences.
Define workflows for enterprise knowledge, document interaction, coding, analysis, and AI-powered automation.
Shape roc integrations across evroc Console, documentation, CLI, APIs, and cloud services.
Collaborate with AI engineers on model selection, routing, context, retrieval, evaluation, latency, and reliability.
Define metrics to measure AI quality and product value from model performance to user adoption.
