Job summary

AddSecure in Stockholm is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for Smart Alarms to own the portfolio across lift alarms, fire and intrusion alarm services, and new offerings. You will translate customer needs and market insight into a clear roadmap, collaborate with R&D to develop solutions, and drive go-to-market activities including positioning, packaging and pricing.

This role operates in a 3/2 hybrid model with three days in the office and up to two days remote, with travel across Europe to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in product management or similar in B2B technology.
• Experience with technically complex products or services in alarms, security, connected hardware or safety-critical environments.
• Experience taking hardware, software or connected services to market.
• Strong product and commercial judgement balancing customer value, technical feasibility and business impact.
• Ability to work across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and international teams.
• Technical fluency to work with connected hardware, software and cloud services, plus hands-on testing.
• Experience engaging with customers and partners to translate needs into product priorities and requirements.
• A relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the roadmap for your portfolio, translating customer needs, market insight and technical opportunities into clear priorities.
• Grow and develop lift alarm, fire and intrusion alarm offerings and identify opportunities for new products, services and markets.
• Work closely with R&D throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and requirements to testing, launch and continuous improvement.
• Lead the market introduction of new products and services together with Sales, Marketing, Operations and country teams, including positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement and launch material.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners and use their feedback to shape existing and future solutions.
• Set prices within agreed guardrails and support the development and maintenance of price lists across our markets.
• Follow revenue, margin, adoption and other relevant product performance indicators and use the insights to support priorities and business cases.
• Drive digital initiatives related to the portfolio, including customer-facing tools and solutions used to install and commission products.
• Represent AddSecure at relevant trade fairs and industry events and bring market insight back into the product roadmap.
