We are looking for a skilled and proactive Security Engineer to join our growing Security Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of strengthening our security capabilities and shaping how security is integrated across the organization. In this role, you will work hands‑on with modern security platforms to identify, detect, and respond to threats, while continuously improving our overall security posture.
The scope of the role is broad, focusing on security across the entire organization, both in terms of our internal environment and in how we support and secure our solutions for customers. You will act as both an operational expert and a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with IT Operations and Internal IT and other internal stakeholders.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining operational work with driving improvements, setting direction, and collaborating across the organization. Over time, there are great opportunities to grow and specialize within specific security domains as the team continues to expand.
You are a proactive and structured person who takes ownership of your work and enjoys driving things forward. At the same time, you are curious and eager to learn, especially within new technologies and evolving areas of security.
You have strong collaboration skills and feel comfortable working closely with different teams and stakeholders, communicating in a clear and pragmatic way. Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
