What you'll do

As Product Manager within HR Operations, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving the digital products that support People Administration, Colleague Support, and Payroll. You will work at the intersection of People, Technology, and Operations, bringing together business needs, user insights, and data to deliver products that make a meaningful difference for employees, managers, and People teams.

You’ll be responsible for setting the product direction, defining priorities, and driving delivery together with cross-functional teams. By understanding user needs and operational realities, you will identify opportunities to improve experiences, streamline ways of working, and create solutions that are both scalable and impactful.

You will also:

  • Translate business needs and user insights into valuable product enhancements and measurable outcomes.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear requirements and user stories that deliver real value.
  • Collaborate closely with Technology, HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Lead product discovery, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to make informed decisions and maximise product value.
  • Track product performance and adoption, ensuring solutions deliver positive outcomes for both users and the business.
  • Build strong partnerships across global and local teams, creating alignment around priorities, decisions, and delivery.
Who you are

You are a curious and collaborative product professional who enjoys solving problems, bringing people together, and creating clarity in complex environments. You combine a customer‑centric mindset with strong business understanding and know how to balance user needs, operational requirements, and strategic goals.

You bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Product Owner or similar role for HR, employee services, enterprise operations or shared‑service products.
  • Strong product management skills, including roadmap development, backlog management, requirements definition, and prioritization.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • An understanding of HR Operations, employee services, payroll, or other service‑oriented business areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A passion for creating seamless and inclusive user experiences.
  • Confidence navigating complexity, managing dependencies, and driving outcomes.

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Experience with HR technology, employee services, or enterprise products.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, payroll, workflow, or self‑service solutions.
  • Experience working in a global organisation.
  • Exposure to service design, automation, AI‑enabled solutions, or operational transformation initiatives.
