Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager – Administration & Governance based in Sweden. You will shape enterprise administration for a shared development platform, enabling self-service while ensuring governance and controls for identity, permissions, auditing, and spending.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success in a fully remote setup. You will own the strategy and roadmap for internal innovation, guiding organizations from pilot projects to company-wide adoption, with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management in developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building self-service products with strong developer experience.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure and software builders' needs.
• Knowledge of identity management, permissions, and governance workflows.
• Awareness of how AI agents influence software development in organizations.
• Experience with controlled experimentation and data analysis.
• Hands-on PM approach with product ownership from conception to governance.
• Written communication and asynchronous collaboration in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation and enterprise adoption.
• Enable self-service project creation and onboarding at scale.
• Develop a unified administration experience with visibility into projects and usage.
• Define ownership, access rights, and governance for teams and projects.
