Job summary

Entry Point North AB, headquartered in Malmö, is seeking a Data Lead to drive data governance and develop data models and flows supporting business opportunities. Based in Malmö, you will establish governance standards and collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, and IT to ensure data quality and compliance.

You will translate business needs into governance documentation, lead governance forums, and contribute to data catalogues and glossaries across the Group IT team.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree and minimum 8 years’ experience in information management or data governance.
• Experience establishing, maintaining data frameworks, processes and governance structures.
• Fluent in English; strong collaboration and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, standards and guidelines.
• Create and maintain information structures, data architecture and models.
• Ensure data quality, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance including GDPR.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate data-related risks and issues.
• Translate business needs into governance standards and documentation.
• Lead governance forums and collaborate with data owners, stewards and IT.
