Your future role

We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and motivated Product Industrialization Manager. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, with a team‑playing mindset. You will be responsible for managing industrial quality throughout the entire life cycle of electronic signalling products developed in Sweden.

• Support DFx (Design for Manufacturing, Testability, Reliability and Repairability) in the electronic hardware development process.
• Manage the industrial process for electronic products.
• Lead Life Cycle Management (Quality, Cost, Delivery) for electronic products.

All about you

• University degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5 years of manufacturing production experience or in a similar role.
• Advanced/business‑fluent level of English; medium level of Swedish is beneficial.
• Experience working with Engineering, Procurement, Quality and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of electronics (PCBA) manufacturing and its processes.
• Desired competencies: teamwork, communication, planning, drive for results and flexibility.
• Flexibility to travel (low to medium degree required).
