Job summary

Alstom Sweden in Västerås is looking for an ambitious Product Industrialization Manager to oversee the industrial process for electronic products in the railway industry. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background and be keen on delivering excellent results with a team-oriented mindset.

This position encompasses responsibilities such as managing industrial processes, supporting DFx in hardware development, and maintaining a focus on quality, cost, and delivery throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Electronics and ideally 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of manufacture production experience or in a similar role.
• Advanced/business fluent level of English required; medium level of Swedish beneficial.
• Experience working with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and external Suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Supporting in DFx (Design for Manufacturing, Testability, Reliability and Repairability).
• Managing the industrial process for electronic products.
• Life Cycle Management (Quality, Cost, Delivery) for electronic products.
