Job summary

RELEX Solutions seeks experienced Product Engineers to join our Supply Chain product teams in Sweden. You will own end-to-end product requirements from discovery through UAT, translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate with engineers to deliver high-impact AI-enabled solutions.

You will lead releases, gather structured customer feedback, and push back when evidence suggests a different approach. English fluency and international collaboration are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Understand customers' day-to-day work, goals, and pain points across the product area.
• Ability to mentor other Product Engineers and push back when needed.
• Experience designing data/AI/ML/UX/system integration solutions.
• Strong software engineering and DevOps skills within RELEX frameworks.
• Comfort using AI in daily work and shaping AI tooling strategy.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience working with international teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements end-to-end for your product area, from discovery through UAT and QA, ensuring the solution addresses the real underlying problem.
• Own deployed product and iterate quickly: manage releases, collect customer feedback, and feed it into the next iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager to translate customer needs and usage data into team priorities and roadmap.
• Act as an industry/product expert in customer-facing settings, challenge stated requirements when needed, and support sales efforts such as scoping and feasibility.
• Validate solutions meet customer expectations through quality gates and proactive management.

• Own requirements end-to-end for your product area, from discovery through UAT and quality assurance, making sure what ships solves the real underlying problem, not just the stated ask.
• Own your deployed product and iterate fast: manage releases, gather structured customer feedback, and feed it back into the next iteration.
• Work closely with your Engineering Manager to translate customer needs and usage data into team-level priorities, keeping the roadmap grounded in real outcomes.
• Act as an industry and product expert in customer-facing settings, pushing back on stated requirements when the evidence points elsewhere, and supporting sales efforts such as scoping and feasibility.
• Validate that solutions genuinely meet customer expectations through ongoing quality gates and proactive expectation management.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Deep understanding of your customers' day-to-day work, goals, and pain points across an entire product area.
• Confidence to push back on stated customer needs when evidence points to a different solution, and experience mentoring other Product Engineers.
• Experience designing solutions to complex problems spanning data, AI/ML, UX, and system integration.
• Solid software engineering and DevOps skills, building and deploying solutions using RELEX's existing frameworks.
• Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
