Job summary

MATCHi in Gothenburg is seeking a Product Designer to join the Eversports Group. You’ll drive discovery, user research, and UI/UX design, shaping design systems and usability testing for our SaaS products used by sports providers and enthusiasts.

Bring a strong portfolio, 4+ years of experience, and fluency in English (Swedish a plus). This hybrid role offers collaboration with product managers and engineers in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design of digital products.
• Experience designing for SaaS solutions or manager tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding design skills, product thinking and prototyping.
• Fluency in English; Swedish skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics.
• Proficient with Figma.
• Excited about working with AI tools such as Claude or Figma Make.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user and competitor research to uncover insights for impactful design solutions.
• Bring designs to life with user flows, wireframes, mockups, surveys, and usability tests.

• Elevate our Design Systems for consistency and excellence.
• Act autonomously within your area of expertise, fostering growth to gain ownership in future projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and team collaboration in weekly product development meetings and 1-on-1 sessions.

Overview

Join the Eversports Group, as Product Designer in our Gothenburg office. We're seeking a creative powerhouse skilled in discovery, user research, design system management, UI/UX design and usability testing. You'll have the autonomy to deeply understand and exceed customer needs with innovative solutions while contributing to our mission "Make sports happen!"

Work time: Full-time (40h/week)

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Working Type: Hybrid (Office & Home Office)

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to tackle complex challenges for sports providers and enthusiasts

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design of digital products.
• Experience designing for SaaS solutions or manager tools is a plus
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills, product thinking, and prototyping
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the problems they solve
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; Swedish skills are a plus
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics
• Proficient with Figma
• Excited about working with AI tools such as Claude or Figma Make
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders
