Job summary

Heja, a Swedish product-driven company, seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape the Heja experience across the product. You will own the design direction, create a consistent UI/UX, and help define how design works as our team grows.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to turn complex problems into simple, thoughtful experiences. You will evolve Heja’s design system and influence the full customer journey for a global user base.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Heja experience. You’ll be responsible for the overall design direction, creating a consistent UI and UX across the product, and helping define how design works as our team grows. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to turn complex problems into simple, thoughtful, and high-quality experiences.

In this position, you will...

• Lead end-to-end design for new and existing product areas, from discovery, rapid prototyping, and early interaction ideas to polished flows ready for implementation.
• Build and evolve Heja’s design system, creating a more consistent UI and product experience across the full customer journey.
• Explore how AI can improve both the Heja product experience and the way we design, test ideas, learn, and build great products.
• Contribute to product direction by bringing a strong design perspective into regular discussions around user needs, product strategy, and design language with the rest of the team.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation from idea to shipped product.
• Use research, data, product intuition, and customer insights to identify opportunities and make strong design decisions.

• You have an eye for detail and can express ideas through world-class visuals.
• Passion for design, digital products, and preferably branding.
• Ability to think through and outline complex interaction design.
• You are comfortable moving between strategic product thinking and hands-on execution.
• You are curious about AI and how it can be used to improve both product experiences and the way teams work.
• You are fluent in English (Swedish is a plus but not required).
