Job summary

Adage in Sweden offers a Bloom graduate consultancy training program focused on data and analytics. You will gain hands-on experience and a solid foundation in management consulting while specializing in data analytics.

You will start as a promising tech-savvy consultant and grow through mentorship, real projects, and collaboration across Newground Alliance, with the Bloom program starting in August 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems and/or economics/statistics from a university in Sweden or abroad.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Swedish & English.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience and the training required to become a successful data engineering consultant in the data and analytics field.
• Specialization within data and analytics while building a broad foundation in general management consulting through the Bloom program.
• Work alongside colleagues in Newground Alliance with regular opportunities to share experiences and ideas.

Job description

We are looking for exceptionally talented students with a strong interest in data and analytics. We believe that you’re a curious problem solver with sharp analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. You find coding intrinsically rewarding and you likely have experience with a few programming languages and AI programming tools like Claude Code. You’re interested in learning more about cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP. Maybe your hobby is collecting and analyzing large datasets then extract interesting insights from them using different tools and perspectives.

You probably hold or are pursuing a master’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems and/or economics/statistics from a university in Sweden or abroad. To be successful in your role, you possess:
