Tavion AB is seeking a Director of Analysis to be the analytical backbone for BESS offtake negotiations, combining deep power market expertise with hands-on quantitative modelling to support Tavion’s market decisions and future expansion.

You will build fair‑value models, stress‑test pricing, monitor European markets (Poland included), and partner with the CRO and Revenue team to translate data into actionable negotiation positions and timely insights for strategy and investment decisions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in power markets or energy trading
• Experience valuing or structuring BESS offtake or long-term deals
• Strong financial/quantitative modelling skills (Excel/Python)
• Ability to present to C-suite, investors and boards

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain fair-value models for BESS offtake across active markets, detailing revenue streams and recommending optimal structures.
• Drive and manage price-curve decisions used for investments and financings, challenging external assumptions and building Tavion's internal forward view.
• Stress-test prices quoted by BESS off-takers and strengthen the evidence base to align quotes with fair value.
• Monitor Polish power market and interpret price signals, volatility drivers, and regulatory shifts in real time.
• Partner with the CRO and Revenue team to surface risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to negotiation strategy by translating market analysis into clear positions for the CRO.
• Maintain and improve core market metrics and dashboards for self-serve access by Revenue.
• Evaluate new geographic markets for potential investment with key economic and regulatory drivers
