Job summary

Wibe Group in Mora is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead the project management team and drive end-to-end delivery of larger, complex initiatives. The role combines leadership, governance and hands-on project execution, with responsibility for standardising processes, stage-gate governance and portfolio visibility across Mora and international operations.

You will collaborate with leaders, project managers and stakeholders, and report to the Operations Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management or a related field.
• Experience from PMO or project management in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to establish project governance and processes.
• Leadership experience with teams of varying seniority.
• Experience leading large, complex projects from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Smartsheet experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Hands-on leader who directly contributes to projects.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project management team in Mora.
• Plan, lead and execute selected larger projects end to end.
• Create common project standards, templates and stage-gate governance.
• Strengthen portfolio visibility, prioritization and resource coordination.
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, decision forums and escalation.
• Develop reporting of status, budgets, risks and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement in project methods, tools and training.
