Job summary

Cofactor in Stockholm is building an AI-powered platform to reshape how retailers and suppliers collaborate. We’re an early-stage team, excited by ambitious product work and fast feedback from real customers.

You’ll help build the core platform with the founding team, focusing on correctness, reliability, and scalable design. Expect hands-on work with TypeScript, LLMs in production, and integrations into enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist who owns problems, not tickets.
• Writes code others can build on and ensures correctness in money-moving systems.
• Has used LLMs for real work with guardrails.
• Familiar with TypeScript and LLM agents in production, or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build the core platform—the workflow engine and data model underneath them.
• Put LLMs to work on commercial documents—extraction, validation and reconciliation.
• Build the integrations retail runs on—ERPs, pricing systems, email and EDI, where a write has to be right.
• Own features end-to-end—from design to production with customers using what you shipped within weeks.
