Auctionet in Stockholm is seeking a Platform & Infrastructure Engineer to help design and run the infrastructure used by engineers and AI agents. You will shape the new AI infrastructure, build internal tooling, and own production systems across our Kubernetes-based stack.

The role offers ownership early, a strong emphasis on automation, security, and developer experience, and a hybrid work setup with English as the working language. Join a fast-growing Nordic marketplace with global reach.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure-as-code is your default way of working, not a future goal.
• You have hands-on Kubernetes experience with running own clusters.
• You write code and build applications and APIs, not only configuration.
• You know CI/CD and release engineering, and how to make deployments boring.
• You have a security mindset: sandboxing, least privilege, secrets handling, audit trails.
• You work across teams in English (Swedish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Run and harden production infrastructure with code-first practices.
• Own CI/CD and improve developer experience for frequent, reversible deployments.
• Build AI agent environments: isolation, quotas, credentials, and audit trails.
• Create internal APIs and platform apps for agents and automation tooling.
• Support internal tooling with paved paths and guardrails, not gatekeeping.
• Maintain observability and predictable infra and AI spend across the stack.
