Cofactor in Stockholm is building an AI-powered platform to reshape how retailers and suppliers collaborate. We’re an early-stage team, excited by ambitious product work and fast feedback from real customers.
You’ll help build the core platform with the founding team, focusing on correctness, reliability, and scalable design. Expect hands-on work with TypeScript, LLMs in production, and integrations into enterprise systems.
We are reshaping how retailers and suppliers work together.
Today, these relationships are messy, manual, and full of friction. We’re building an AI platform to make collaboration simpler, smarter, and more efficient.
We’re an early-stage team in Stockholm with a lot of ambition and very little bureaucracy. We care deeply about what we’re building - and about building it with smart, curious, kind people who enjoy working together.
We’re building the product, the company, and the culture at the same time. There’s a lot to figure out, and a lot of room to make an impact.
You’ll build the core platform with the founding team.
Cofactor reads commercial communication, validates it against agreements and business rules, and executes the result into the systems that already run the business. You’ll build the machinery that makes that trustworthy.
You’ll be one of the first engineers, working directly with the technical co‑founder on architecture and product decisions.
You’re a strong generalist who likes owning problems, not tickets.
You write code that other people can build on, and you care about correctness in systems where money moves.
You’ve used LLMs for real work - not just chat - and have a feel for what they’re reliable at and where they need guardrails.
Stack today: TypeScript end-to-end, LLM agents in production, integrations into enterprise systems. You don’t need to have used exactly that. You need to learn fast.
We focus on what moves the company forward.
Good ideas matter. Turning them into reality matters more.
We care about doing excellent work without taking ourselves too seriously.
We give people responsibility and expect them to run with it.
Small team, hard problems, real customers. What you build goes into production at European retailers within weeks, not quarters.
You’ll shape the platform’s architecture while it’s still young enough to shape.
