Accenture Nordics is seeking a driven strategy professional to advise clients on digital transformation journeys from our Malmö office. You will blend business and technology insights to shape strategic recommendations for leading Nordic companies.

We value collaboration, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work across agile teams while traveling across the Nordics as needed. A Master's degree and fluency in English are required, Swedish language skills are a bonus.

• Experience from consulting and/or working with IT strategy, operating models, data & analytics, future tech, cloud strategy, tech transformation etc.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience, both written and verbally in English and preferably in Swedish
• An analytical and structural mindset, who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve clients pain points
• In addition to delivering projects, we are looking for experience in team-leading and driving internal activities (e.g. recruiting, social, training, etc.)
• Experience from the Retail industry is beneficial for this role but not mandatory
• Master's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results
• Fluent in English
• Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected
