TaxiCaller Nordic AB in Linköping is seeking a friendly Lead Qualification Specialist for a part-time afternoon role (13:00–17:00, Monday–Friday). You’ll reach out to potential clients who have already contacted us or signed up for a free trial, and determine if they are a good fit for our cloud service.

Use your excellent verbal English (Spanish is a plus) to have professional conversations, document outcomes in our CRM, and provide feedback to improve our lead generation and qualification

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong listening and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads who have contacted us.
• Engage prospects in conversations to assess needs and interest.
• Accurately document call outcomes in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
