Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking an experienced Partner Solution Architect to empower our partner ecosystem, align with Channels & Alliances, and drive technical outcomes across cloud migration, app modernization, and DevOps transformations.

You will onboard and enable partner resources, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and advocate for partner concerns while delivering value through Datadog features.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations
• Typically 10–15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role
• Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom
• Confident presentation skills and client-facing communication
• Hands-on experience in Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt or CI/CD
• Bonus points for channel partner experience and prior use of Datadog or cloud monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources
• Participate in joint business planning with partner teams
• Support partner initiatives with demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops
• Advocate for partners' technical concerns with internal teams and drive resolutions
• Analyze partner services and recommend enhancements to drive adoption of Datadog features
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and services teams to identify and prioritize new features
• Curate lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success
