Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Packaging Development Engineer for a global company in Lund. The position is 100% onsite in Lund with a start date of January 11 and an initial 8.5-month limited contract.

You will work on packaging material development, translating requirements into designs and verification strategies, and collaborating with suppliers, laboratories and factories. Strong English and Swedish, plus analytical and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Academic degree, preferably Master of Science in Materials or similar.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in packaging material development is preferred.
• Familiarity with Scrum and product development processes in packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Packaging Development Engineer for a global company in Lund. Start is January 11th, 8,5 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Lund.

In this role you will work with packaging material development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Member of scrum team, translating requirements into sub-system requirements and technical specifications for area of competence
• Support the translation of requirements into packaging material design
• Define V&V strategy related to packaging material area for technology and product development projects
• Write test specifications, analyze and document results in development reports
• Coordinate & execute all packaging material activities according to existing procedures, standards and methods
• Collaborate with suppliers, specialists, laboratories, and converting factories
• Drive root cause investigations on packaging material performance and functionality

Required skills:

• You have analytical skills and you are able to manage complexity and ambiguity
• You have a natural drive for problem solving, able to coordinate, and deliver desirable results
• You have an academic degree, preferable Master of Science in Materials or similar.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish
• You have good communication and presentation skills
• You have strong collaboration skills

Preferred skills:

• Experience in the product development process in the packaging area
• Experience in technical test methodologies in the area of packaging.
• Knowledge of Packaging Material, Food Package Interaction and Statistics
• Well acquainted and self-sufficient in Physical Testing
• Knowledge in Requirement Management procedure.
• Knowledge working in a Scrum team

This role requires fluency in English and Swedish.
