Packaging Development Engineer – Onsite in Lund

Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Packaging Development Engineer for a global company in Lund. This 8.5-month fixed-term contract starts January 11 and is 100% onsite in Lund. You will develop packaging materials and work within a Scrum team to translate requirements into design and testing.

The role requires an MSc in Materials or similar, fluency in English and Swedish, and strong collaboration and communication skills. Prior packaging material experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Natural drive for problem solving, able to coordinate and deliver desirable results.
• Master of Science in Materials or similar is required.

Responsibilities

• Member of scrum team, translating requirements into subsystem requirements and technical specifications.
• Support translation of requirements into packaging material design.
• Define V&V strategy related to packaging material for technology and product development projects.
• Write test specifications, analyze and document results in development reports.
• Coordinate and execute all packaging material activities according to procedures, standards and methods.
• Collaborate with suppliers, specialists, laboratories, and converting factories.
• Drive root cause investigations on packaging material performance and functionality.
• Drive risk assessment for packaging material.
