Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Packaging Development Engineer for a global company in Lund. The position is 100% onsite in Lund with a start date of January 11 and an initial 8.5-month limited contract.

You will work on packaging material development, translating requirements into designs and verification strategies, and collaborating with suppliers, laboratories and factories. Strong English and Swedish, plus analytical and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Academic degree, preferably Master of Science in Materials or similar.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in packaging material development is preferred.
• Familiarity with Scrum and product development processes in packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into sub-system requirements and technical specs.
• Support the translation of requirements into packaging material design.
• Define V&V strategy related to packaging material for development projects.
• Write test specifications, analyze and document results.
• Coordinate and execute packaging material activities per procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers, laboratories and converting factories.
• Drive root cause investigations on packaging material performance.
