Job summary

Finspaang seeks an Overhaul Project Manager to lead site inspections and coordinate major gas turbine overhauls across Europe and Africa. You will manage complex activities, collaborate with a team of professionals, and build strong customer relationships to deliver reliable energy solutions.

You will work with a dedicated team of about 10 project managers, engaging with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success and a positive, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Open, proactive mindset with ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Background in project management, engineering, installation, or commissioning.
• Solid understanding of products and market to identify risks and opportunities.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (written and verbal) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute site inspections for major overhauls of gas turbines.
• Understand assigned customers’ organization, culture, and market dynamics.
• Structure and schedule project activities in line with customer agreements and regional expectations.
• Provide regular project progress reports and manage financial responsibilities.
• Lead a diverse team of sub-project managers, logistics, and field service professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
