Job summary

Straumann Group in Malmö is seeking an Ortho Territory Manager to establish a new ClearCorrect market in the Nordics. The role focuses on acquiring new clinics, growing existing accounts, and driving case submissions with strong customer service and patient growth activities.

This field-based position requires frequent travel and self-motivation. You will deliver tailored presentations, lead digital tool adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize practice profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of field sales experience in dental/medical device or other high-performing B2B/B2C environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and ability to analyze sales data.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms to promote solutions and engage clinics.
• Willingness to travel frequently; native or fluent Swedish; professional English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dental clinics to drive case volume and revenue.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations communicating ClearCorrect's benefits and digital capabilities.
• Drive adoption of ClearCorrect and grow market share in the territory.
• Conduct in-person and virtual visits to engage providers, identify growth opportunities, and close sales.
• Lead sales and implementation of intraoral scanners and ensure clinical integration.
• Demonstrate ClearPilot and guide clinics through digital workflows.
• Train staff to communicate benefits of clear aligner treatment to patients.
• Analyze territory performance and build plans to maximize growth and ROI.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Care, Clinical Advisors, and Marketing.
