Job summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a HPC Onsite Technical Consultant to provide hardware support for a large HPC system based in Sweden (Borlänge). The role is onsite, with work from partner/customer offices and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation to meet SLA requirements.
You will receive product training and mentoring from WW HPE HPC team to enable you to deliver the required level of support.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent, in a computer science or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosis: troubleshoot the hardware issues and document remediation actions.
- Onsite interventions: perform planned maintenance and monitor system components.
- Spare parts: manage receiving/returns and inventory to ensure availability.
