Job summary

Incluso is seeking a Demand Planner for an on-site role in Västerås. The position starts ASAP and runs for an eight-month contract.

You will generate detailed production plans for a motor and generator production line, coordinating with procurement, project management and production to align with the factory master plan. You will monitor execution, ensure on-time delivery, and collaborate with other planners to optimize resources and schedules at Västerås.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem solving skills in a professional setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Preferably knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed production schedules to maximise use of resources and meet production specs and schedules.
• Establish the sequence and lead time of each operation to meet deliveries in line with the master plan.
• Monitor performance, identify root causes of deviations and implement improvements.
• Cooperation with Production Supervisors with clear communication of capacity issues and material availability.
